Operating principle:
Vibrating feeder is consists of feeding,tub,vibrator spring bearings,transmission device,etc.Vibration exciter is the vibration source of tub vibration feeding,vibration exciter is consist of two eccentric shaft (Lord, passive) and gears,droved shaft driven by motor through v-belts, then by the drive shaft gear meshing passive axis, Lord, passive axial negative spin at the same time,lead to the tub, the continuous flow of material, to achieve the purpose of conveying material.
Application:it is widely used in metallurgy, coal mine,dressing,artificial sand, construction waste recycling, building materials,chemical industry, abrasive, etc in the crushing and screening combined equipments.
