Aluminum dust briquette machine is also named of dry powder high pressure briquette machine, it is used for briquetting powder material with little moisture or without water and additive. It mainly apply to metallurgical industry powder material molding, the raw material range is like lime powder, cryolite, aluminum oxide, magnesium, bauxite and nonferrous metal industry powder, auxiliary material, refractory industry powder, in particular, high additional value material is much more suitable.
The purpose of briquetting process is to reduce dust pollution, control volume, wastage recycling, convenient transport, etc. In steel plant, lime plant, metallurgy, refractory furnace burden, magnesium plant calcine white powder molding etc. are widely used.
Our company designed and produced hydraulic pressure and constant pressure briquette machine, the pressure is more bigger, the adaptability of production and running is more stronger. This structure takes hydraulic system working in normal production. But if hydraulic system happens failure or on cold day oil pump couldn’t be started, at the time, can convert hydraulic pressure into constant pressure to continue work. In normal working also can repair hydraulic system, after repair, then convert into hydraulic system working(alpine region winter long time operation must convert into constant pressure).
Besides, oil circuit has accumulator to ensure system pressure and piston move back to protect oil circuit, hydraulic pump station, oil pump and oil box pressure gage and various application valve be integrated together, this pump main working principle is motor drive oil pump to rotate, hydraulic oil is fed into through oil feeding valve, come out from discharge oil device, come together goes into oil cylinder from oil route system, offer a steady pushing force to floating roller. When feeding volume is too large, two rollers center gap will increase, oil cylinder piston burden opposite pressure to move back, lead to system pressure increase, while pressure oil return back accumulator to ensure running safety.
