Charcoal dust briquette machine is mainly used to briquette charcoal leftover, small pieces of charcoal, charcoal waste, etc. and make them be fully used to increase its economic value. The final briquette shape and size both can be customized from 25-60mm with oval, pillow and square shape as well as other favorite shapes in market according to special requirement. In addition, the raw material range is very widely, like coal powder, fertilizer, salt, iron powder, and gypsum, chrome, copper, etc.

(1) We offer three types of pressure: spring disc, wedge block and hydraulic: Hydraulic type has larger pressure, even some uneasy shaping materials, such as dry powder, fertilizer, salt, etc, can also press in good shape, the pressure can be adjusted according to different raw material.
(2) Because charcoal dust is just a little light, easy to be molded. The roller material adopts 65Mn is enough. Normally, this kind of roller can use 8-10 month.
(3) We also produce four-rollers type of charcoal dust briquette machine. It has two smaller roller on top, two big roller down. Four roller together to squeeze charcoal dust in briquetting, so discharged briquettes are very strong.
