Sibai made many kinds of customized nuts. Nut is a necessary part of all manufacturing machinery. There are many kinds of nuts from different materials. Nuts are generally made from different material, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metal (such as copper) and poly materials. Each type of nut has a different specification, and each type of screw has its own mechanical properties and functions.
Sibai’s customized special nuts are used for many industries, such as automotive industry, compressor, construction machinery, wind power equipment, agricultural machinery, casting industry, drilling equipment, shipbuilding industry, rail transit and transmission systems and other industries.

Sibai is equipped with CNC verticle lathe, CNC lathe, CNC machining center and other CNC machining equipments, as well as machinery devices for cutting, milling, grinding, fine boring and large-scale drilling.
The materials we use are optimal. Materials can be aluminum, stainless steel, brass, copper, POM, PVC, etc. Sibai provides high grade material, Non-pollution for products, high standard surface treatment, and surface without burrs. Sibai’s defect rate on the nut products is less than 0.7%.
