PTFE is divided into molded plate and turning plate two categories. The molded plate is made of PTFE suspension resin by molding and sintering; Turning plate is the blank of PTFE suspension resin formed by molding or hydraulic method and then turning or rotary cutting is worth the plate.

Feature of PTFE Molded Plate

Ptfe molded plate is characterized by its excellent corrosion resistance, can withstand a variety of acids, alkali, organic solvents and other chemical corrosion, moisture, water absorption, has good aging resistance.

At the same time, it has a very low friction coefficient, making it a self-lubricating material, can operate without lubrication, reduce energy loss, extend service life.
