Solar panel environmental chamber
Solar panels are devices that absorb sunlight and convert solar radiation into electricity directly or indirectly through photoelectric or photochemical effects. Most solar panels are mainly made of silicon. However, due to the high cost of fabrication, their universal use still has some limitations.
Compared with ordinary batteries and rechargeable batteries, solar cells are more energy-saving and environmentally friendly green products.
Structural composition:

The insufficient bonding strength of glass and backplane will cause the premature aging of EVA and affect the life of components.
3. The main function of solar cells is to generate electricity. The main market of power generation is crystal silicon solar cells and thin film solar cells, each of which has its own advantages and disadvantages. Crystalline silicon solar cells are relatively low in equipment cost, but high in consumption and cost, but the photoelectric conversion efficiency is also high. It is suitable to generate electricity in outdoor sunshine. Thin film solar cells have higher relative equipment cost, but lower in consumption and battery cost, but the photoelectric conversion efficiency is more than half of that of crystal silicon cells, but the weak light effect is very good, in ordinary lighting. It also generates electricity, such as solar cells on calculators.

7. The junction box protects the whole power generation system and plays the role of current transfer station. If the short circuit junction box of components automatically disconnects the short circuit battery string, it can prevent burning the whole system. The key of junction box is the choice of diode. According to the different types of batteries in the module, the corresponding diodes are also different.
8. Silicone sealant is used to seal the junction of components and aluminium alloy frames, components and junction boxes. Some companies use double-sided tape and foamed cotton instead of silica gel. Silica gel is widely used in China. The process is simple, convenient, easy to operate, and the cost is very low.
