This machine is patented product which widely used by most of the furniture factory dut to the good applicability to the processed workpieces, such as the white wood workpiece, PU/PE/UV primer workpieces etc., sanding wooden material like kitchen cabinet,window,door,furniture..., it is mainly used for wood door sanding.
1 Brush Sanding disc and roller ways of combining，for sanding uneven and irregular surfaces are wooden doors, cabinets and other enterprises the best choice.
2 Adopt the advanced model for 8 disc+2 rollers, the compound model of reason able sand gift, each of the unit can individual winging up and down.
Function and Charact
1) Durable heavy frame and conveying structure provides long service life.
2) Special design to hold the workpieces, even a small workpieces can proceed sanding process.
3) With the independent sander for easy and fast replacing the emery cloth, each unit of emery cloth can be drawn out and replaced.
4)Automatic PLC control system and the whole touch screen to minimize the difficulty in process setting. The conveyor height, sanding frequency and speed of each sander group can be adjusted.
5) Free sander combination depends on customer demands and material process purpose.
