PET strap extrusion line
DN series PET strap auto-production line is a new production line which made by German deluxe engineer Dr. Peter,Shandong Mechanical Research Center and many technical engineers of my company. It has characteristics as follow:
1. Technologies about Equipments and crafts are new. DN series PET strap auto-production line is a new production line what introduce into Germany technology and equipments, combine crafts and equipments engineers of our company, the practice over a long period of time what tally up and optimize. We've owned the patent and the intellectual property right.
2. High auto-matization (full-automatic).
3. Recycle plastic. Use green PET bottle scraps to melt in and press out direct, become high intensity,environmental PET straps. It's a popular "rotative economy" project all over the world.
4. Many specifications only need one machine, saving electricity too (can saving 50%). Elements: use twin-screws press out. It can press out two straps as two product lines, also one strap according your need. Easy operation; 2 operators per product line only!
