computer printing slotting slicing machine
MJ6040 series of separating paper ,pressing ,slicing the corner slotting machines are produced by our company after carefully investigating the market . Our products are suitable for all sizes of enterprises of paper box producing .We have four types of machines with sizes of 1830*1800mm,1830*2200mm . 1830*2400mm ,1830*2700 mm.
Our machine adopts the designing ideal of high-speed machines ,such as the space adjustment device , recycling oil feeding lubricating system , but the price is much lower compared with high-speed machine.
Side walls are 50mm thick and the material is pig iron which is under heat and thermal treatment and not easy out of shape .It can also reduce the shaking and help the machine work steadily.
All the driving gears rollers and axis are grinded and hard chrome plated .
The space adjustment system of . the rolling plank gets rid of the partiality phenomenon of the eccentrics. And makes paper board feeding steady , and makes printing clear.
With 360 degrees of phase gear. And gear pole adjustment by hard together. Big gears meet the adjusting gears at the very place there are two best axis to hold it , which avoids moving of the surface and easy locking up dead .It had long service life and easy adjustment .
Driving gears adopt 40 Gr. and under heat and thermal treatment .Its hardness and procession are high .It adopts oil-soaked type lubricating system .With long service life ,low noise and steady operation which makes procession and printing better.
