3PLY CORRUGATED BOARD PRODUCTION LINE
With this line, single wall and double wall corrugated board can be produced. Besides the application scope of single wall corrugated board, The double wall product is also widely used as packing material in many fields such as TV set, refrigerator, fruit, cigarette, beverage, and so on. Two flute combinations (A&B, C&B) as well as special customer-tailored flutes are provided. Steam heating and oil heating are optional. The standard five ply line is made up of Single facer mill roll stand , preheater , multiplex preheater , conveying bridge, duplex glue machine , double facer , slitter scorer thin-blade , cut-off , stacker
