Plastic aluminum composite sheet extrusion pipe line
This line has two patent techniques, which can produce PE-AL and PPR-AL composite pipes. PPR-AL composite pipe with PPR in the inside and outside layers, which ensure that pipes and pipe pieces are welded by hot-melting and at the same time no leakage.

Aluminum pipe molding and calibration bushing adopt the nano diamond tectorial technics, which make the inside and outside surface of aluminum pipe glabrous and no friction imprints, and all ensure the welding quality and long lifetime, which can reach 10 thousand hours, and at the same time avoid the limitation of changing the calibration bushing regularly and then decrease the productivity because of the short lifetime of calibration bushing. Moreover all these advantages can reduce the production taches, shorten the production line length, and lessen the workshop investment and workers expenses.
