Membrane Electrolyzer and Electrode Remachining & Refurbishment
Our experienced engineers and technicans who understand electrolzyer structures and operating performance are capable to diagnose/ troubleshoot, check and repair all types of electrolyzers. All electrodes need refurbishing must first undergo the process of cleaning and vacuum leak test to ensure no leakage for each of the electrodes. The technique of changing the sealing surface for Bitac and INEOS electrode to Ti-Palladium sealing surface is carried out by automatic cutting machine and automatic welding machine. Each of the refurbished electrodes must undergo a shaping process to ensure electrode back to its original dimensions which could result a better perfomrance. ANCAN can change base mesh of the various types of Anodes and Cathodes. For N-Bitac Electrolzer , we can change the original designed activated mesh to ANCAN designed activated mesh to improve the performance of the electrolzyer.
