Pharmacological Action: Colistin is a polypeptide antibiotic and a cationic surfactant. It works by interacting with the phospholipids in the bacterial cell membrane, penetrating the membrane, and disrupting its structure, causing changes in membrane permeability that ultimately lead to bacterial death and bactericidal effects. Shengxue Changqing has strong antibacterial activity against gram-negative bacteria such as aerobic bacteria, Escherichia coli, hemophilus, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella, and Shigella.
Indications and Usage: Shengxue Changqing is a polypeptide antibiotic mainly used for the treatment of intestinal infections caused by gram-negative bacteria in pigs and chickens.This product has strong antibacterial activity against gram-negative bacteria such as aerobic bacteria, Escherichia coli, hemophilus, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella, and Shigella.
