Fluoropolymer MT-PPA9000E
MT-PPA9000E polymer processing aid is a free-flowing 25-mesh white powder containing 97% active ingredients. This product is used to improve the processing performance of polyolefins at a very low addition amount (50-800ppm), and will not affect the physical properties of the resin itself, nor the bonding, printing and heat sealing properties of the product.
Applicable to polyolefin resins such as mLLDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, EVA, etc. The product form is white or light yellow free-flowing powder.
Application:
Blown film, cast film, hollow products
Product function:
- Eliminate melt fracture, improve product surface finish and transparency
- Reduce or eliminate die head precipitate, extend continuous production time
- Increase the proportion of LLDPE in the formula, reduce costs and improve quality
- Maintain the original back pressure and improve the production capacity of the equipment
- Improve the compatibility of color powder and resin, increase the carbon black loading capacity and masterbatch brightness in black masterbatch
