Made with saturated polyester resin and curing agent such as TGIC or HAA as the main base material.

Application conditions
Pretreatment: phosphating, chromating
Coating: Suitable for corona electrostatic spraying, friction electrostatic spraying, electrostatic fluidized bed spraying, etc.
Curing conditions:
200℃@10 minutes
180℃@15 minutes
Can also be designed according to customer needs
Packaging
Carton packaging.
Net weight 20kg/box.
Lined with polyethylene plastic bag.
Storage conditions
- Store in a dry and ventilated room below 30℃.
- Avoid direct sunlight.
- Under this condition, the powder can be stably stored for 12 months.
- Can be retested after expiration, and can still be used if it meets the requirements.
Safety and health
- All raw materials of powder coatings do not contain toxic substances.
- No toxic gas will be released during baking.
- Avoid inhalation of dust during use.
- Operators should wear dust masks.
- Minimize long-term contact between skin and powder.
- Paint attached to the skin can be washed with soap.
