Product Description
This series of products is made of polyester resin and hardener, and is made of high transparency materials.

Application Areas
1. Designed for surface finishing of die-cast aluminum wheels, with ultra-high transparency and standard transparency;
2. Suitable as a high-performance finishing coating for various metal appliances, such as furniture metal tripods, bicycles, locks, door handles;
3. Suitable as a finishing protective layer for metal powder coatings
Transportation Packaging
Carton packaging, lined with two layers of polyvinyl chloride plastic bags, net weight of each box 20kg. Non-hazardous items can be transported in various ways, but should be kept away from direct sunlight, moisture and heat, and contact with chemicals.
Hygiene and safety
Operators should wear anti-sit masks during use to avoid inhaling dust and minimize long-term contact between skin and powder coating. Paint attached to the skin can be washed with soap.

| Particle size | Depending on the application, the standard type has an average particle size of 35~40 microns, less than 10 microns of powder <10%, more than 100 microns of powder <0.5%. |
| Storage stability | Polyester powder coatings should be stored in a dry, ventilated room below 35°C, and avoid direct sunlight. If stored in an air-conditioned room, the powder must be stored at room temperature or the same (temperature) as the spraying equipment before use to avoid moisture. Under this condition, the powder can be stably stored for more than 12 months. If it is exceeded, it must be re-tested. If the result meets the requirements, it can still be used. |
