Rotary Sieve
If you want to contact with one of the leading rotary sieve manufacturers and suppliers in China,Website:, equipped with one productive siever shake factory, Wuxi Sundry Engineering Co.,Ltd is always at your service.Product IntroductionRotary sieve is a sieving machine with high precision for fine powder. It is characterized in low noise and high efficiency, exchanging sieve only takes 3-5minutes. Completely closed structure and suitable for sieving granule, powder, and sticky liquid. Having a vertical motor as the vibration source, and the motor is with bias hammer mounted on both the top and bottom of the motor to make the rotation motor to move in there directions: horizontal, vertical and inclined direction. And the materials on the sieve will be under the actions through the rotation of the motor. The materials movement track will be changed with the phase angle location at the motor top and bottom.Application Industry: sieving materials in industries such as Food, paper making, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, environmental protection, chemical, dyestuff etc.Applicable Materials: food additives, pharmaceutical intermediates, pigments, ceramic material, alumina, silica sand, coating material, metal powder, Chinese herbal medicine etc.Product Advantages1. Small volume, light, remove easily, discharging port direction can be adjust as required, coarse and fine material will be discharged automatically, automatic or manual operation.2. Sieving with high precision, high efficiency, and is applicable to any powder, granule or mucus.3. The screen will be not blocked, powder does not fly in the sky, screening fineness is up to 500 mesh.4. The unique grid structure(Composite type), the screen can be used for a long time, convenient to replace the mesh and only need 3 to 5 minutes, simple operation and easy cleaning.5. No mechanical action, simple and easy to maintain, single layer or multi-layer are optional, and the part contacting with materials is stainless steel.Working PrincipleHaving a vertical motor as the vibration source, and the motor is with bias hammer mounted on both the top and bottom of the motor to make the rotation motor to move in there directions: horizontal, vertical and inclined direction. And the materials on the sieve will be under the actions through the rotation of the motor and do spreading movement.Technical ParameterModelMesh diameter（mm）Effective mesh area（m3）Max particle（mm）Mesh size（mesh）Mesh layersVibration frequency（cpm）Motor power（kw）ZS-4003400..2ZS-6005300.22100.25ZS-8007200.4100.55ZS-10009000.63200.75ZS-120011000.95201.1ZS-150014001.5202.2* If any change in the above table, subject shall prevail without notice*The table cannot include all products, please contact with our sales engineering for more informationCustomized Design
