Because the stainless steel has higher melting temperature point, by the liquid form it has worse flowability and bigger shrinkage ratio, and more easier to be oxidized. Features of Stainless Steel Castings

Take higher metal temperature reaches to 1520~1600℃. For the small and complicated structure part keep the pouring temperature to melting point +150℃; for the big and thick wall part keep the pouring temperature to melting point +100℃;

Make bigger and simpler gating tunnel;

Use dry or heated casting mold;

Make sure the casting product wall thickness is as even as possible and over 8mm, optimize the part structure in sharp corners and edges;

Improve air permeability and passing ability by using hollow mold core or oil-sand core, or add coke with it.
