Jiangyin, Dahua Chemical Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary company of Jiangsu Bat Plastics Group and is a professional PVC manufacturing plant, which has passed ISO9001:2000QMS Quality Certification (Registration No.: 01607Q12227R2M). The plant adopts international advanced PVC production technology of suspension method for specializing production of various grades of PVC, vinyl chloride-acetate copolymer and vinyl isobutyl ether, the PVC products have models of S-800, S-1000, S-1300, S-2500, etc, the vinyl chloride-acetate copolymer includes two dichloroacetic acid, trichloroacetic acid with carboxyl and trichloroacetic acid with hydroxy, the annual output can reach 70 thousand tons.
The control system adopts Siemens DCS control system, which can produce different grades of PVC resins, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymers and others resins based on requirement of user. The products quality of our company is reliable, which can be widely used in injection molding, blow molding, calendering, extrusion and all kinds of sheet materials, printing ink, anti-corrosion paints, anti-corrosion coatings and so on.
