Panel Glue
1) Features:
Panel glue is green water-based product certified by China Environmental Labeling Product Certification and ISO14001 Environment System. It has the characteristics of quick-drying, strong adhesive force, environmental protection, frost resistance and convenient construction.
2) Application:
It is suitable for the pasting process of fireproof board, decorative paper, veneer and so on. It can be applied to the processing of furniture, such as desk, test bed, partition board, etc., suitable for mechanical glue or Hand on the plastic.
3) Usage:
1. Pre-treatment: the surface will be sticky body of water, dust, oil thoroughly clean.
2. Coating method: Brush or roller evenly coated with adhesive, the proposed double-sided adhesive, plastic control in the 140-200 g / square meters, too much glue will reduce the paste too much effect.
3. Adhesion: in 1-3min to complete the veneer process.
4. Pressure: After bonding should be fully pressurized to bond firmly, commonly used unit pressure is 1-3MPa.
4) Note:
1. Stir before use, no particles, if necessary, mechanical stirring.
2. Before use to conduct a small test, the substrate of different materials to adjust the operating conditions according to circumstances.
3. Do not mix with other adhesives.
4. Adhesive containers must be covered to prevent surface contamination of the adhesive.
5. Recommended "advanced - first use" recycling.
5) Packing:
