TMF-300FR Enhanced PBT/ PA6 Halogen-free Flame Retardant
1, this product is white powder phosphine nitrogen flame retardant, nitrogen phosphine content is high (P ≥ 20%).
2, environmentally friendly halogen-free, in line with the EU ROHS standards,
3, high thermal stability (> 320 ℃), fully meet the molding processing temperature requirements,
4, excellent flame retardant effect, add 14-17% flame retardant, 25-30% glass fiber, can easily reach V0 (1.6MM) level, with CTl value (compared to trace index) about 600V good electrical performance.
5, while adding appropriate modifier (such as antioxidant 1010), in order to improve the use of flame-retardant polyester performance, to adapt to different requirements.
6, with low smoke, low density.
