Introduction
Conventional powder coatings are positioned in the mid-to-high-end market, with raw materials sourced from well-known domestic and international suppliers, ensuring product quality and stability from the very beginning. As a standard product, our strengths lie in the consistency of quality between batches and our rapid response to customer complaints. The GS series can be used for both indoor and outdoor applications, regardless of the system, and its leveling performance is comparable to liquid paints, allowing it to completely replace most liquid paints.
Application
Conventional powder coatings offer vibrant colors and stable heat resistance, providing excellent decorative and protective properties. The entire GS conventional powder coating range can be customized for both indoor and outdoor applications. The products come in a wide variety of colors, including black, white, gray, and various high-chroma colors (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple); diverse gloss levels, including high gloss, semi-gloss, and matte; and various surface effects, such as smooth, textured, hammered, wrinkled, cracked, speckled, soft-touch, PU effect, and acrylic effects. They are widely used in almost all fields, including building materials, furniture, electrical appliances, general industry, communication and information technology, automotive, and retail.

Note: Substrate and pretreatment: Mechanical performance tests were conducted using 0.6mm thick degreased cold-rolled steel plates; corrosion and aging resistance tests were conducted using 0.6mm thick zinc phosphated steel plates or chromated aluminum plates.

Construction Reference
Conventional powder coatings can be applied using manual or automatic spraying equipment; for best results, automatic spraying equipment is recommended. Unused powder can be recycled through a suitable recovery system.
