Nigrosine Black Widely used in the dyeing and printing of cotton fabrics. When dyeing, the cotton fabric is first immersed in a solution prepared with an aniline salt and then oxidized to black. The dyes are resistant to the sun and the rain. They are very stable to hot soap solutions and dilute bleach solutions. Oxidation is blue-black at excessive time and is prone to cause brittleness. Insufficient oxidation or greenish when reduced. At present, most products are made of aniline black and sold as organic pigments. Its products are Nigrosine Ms Conc., Nigrosine Alcohol Soluble, Nigrosine Oil Soluble etc.
Nigrosine Black Performance and use:
Nigrosine black has strong coloring power, low dispersion energy, very strong light-absorbing performance, and good color stability performance.Because of the strong adhesion in the paint the pigment can also produce a matt effect (soft appearance).Uses: Nigrosine black may be the earliest organic synthetic pigment.It was discovered around 1860.Can be used in some special dark occasions.The use of chromium limits its use, and the physiological effects of using it must also be considered.
