How to use Refrigerated high speed centrifuge correctly?
To ensure safety and centrifugation, the instrument must be placed on a sturdy, level surface. No items should be placed on the engineering plastic door; the samples must be placed symmetrically and the nut must be tightened before starting. Before use, check the rotor for any flaws, corrosion, etc. At the same time, check the centrifugal cup for cracks, aging, etc. If you find any doubt, stop using it immediately and contact the factory, be sure to tighten the compression of the rotor before starting the machine. The nut is used to prevent the high-speed rotating rotor from flying out and causing an accident. The speed setting must not exceed the maximum speed to ensure the safe operation of the machine.
The centrifuge must be reliably grounded; if the machine is not in use, unplug the power cord. Check if the low speed centrifuge speed control knob is at zero position, the outer sleeve is intact and the rubber pad is padded.
The rotor is mostly made of aluminum alloy, flat and angled. The centrifuge tube has various types of hard glass, polyethylene hard plastic and stainless steel tube. The centrifuge is equipped with a drive motor, timer, regulator (speed indication) and refrigeration system (temperature adjustable range -20-40 °C), which can be replaced with different capacity and different types of speed depending on the centrifugal material.
