10KV SC(B) 9/10,11,15KV 3phase dry transformer
Specifications
3Phase Transformer SC(B)9/10/11
Coil of transformer does not absorb moisture, core clamping special corrosion protection layer
3Phase Transformer SC(B)9/10/11 Description
Epoxy cast dry-type transformers can be used as the replacement product of oil-immersed distribution transformers. The transformer is with best performance among various types of transformers, particularly in urban power grids, high-rise buildings, business centers, theaters, hospitals, hotels, tunnels, subway, underground power station, laboratories, stations, wharves, airports, combined substation and other important places.
As the advanced design, quality materials, scientific formula, strict technology and high standards of testing, the product has the following characteristics:
1. High-voltage windings of copper wire, low voltage winding wound with copper wire or copper foil, glass fiber mat filled with wrapping, vacuum packing of the epoxy used without pouring, curing to form a solid cylinder as a whole, mechanical high strength, partial discharge of small, high reliability.
2. Retardant, explosion, do not pollute the environment. Wound coil of glass fiber insulation material with self-extinguishing properties, will not short circuit arcing, heat the resin does not produce toxic or harmful gases.
3. Coil does not absorb moisture, core clamping excellent special corrosion protection layer can be at 100% re
lative humidity and other harsh environments. Run without interruption to tide processing.
4. Against short circuit, high levels of lightning impulse.
5. Coil inner and outer resin and thin, good heat dissipation. Cooling generally use air cooling. For any level of transformer protection, air-cooled system can be configured to improve the short-term overload capacity, to ensure safe operation.
Six. Small size, light weight, small footprint, lower installation costs, not to be considered exclusive oil pool, fire and other fire control facilities and standby power.
7. Low-loss, energy-saving effect, run the economy, can be maintenance free.
8. Because of the danger of an explosion without fire destroyed can be installed in load center spread, the full near the fire point, thus reducing the line to save the expensive cost and low infrastructure costs.
