IHF is a single-stage single-type fluorinated fluoro-plastic alloy chemical centrifugal pump, which is designed and manufactured according to international standard and the processing technology of non-metallic pump. Pump body adopts metal shell lining fep (F46), pump cover, impeller and shaft sleeve are fluorine plastic with metal insert outsourcing whole sintering pressure molding, shaft seal adopts four fluorine filling materials, import and export all use cast steel reinforcement. The pump has corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, high temperature resistant, not aging, high mechanical strength, smooth operation, reasonable structure, advanced, sealed performance is reliable, easy disassembly maintenance, long life and other advantages, is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, oil, electric power, metallurgy, smelting, electroplating, dye, pesticide, papermaking, food, textile and other industries, in 85 ℃ ~ 200 ℃ temperature under the condition of long-term conveying any concentration of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid and aqua regia, strong alkali, strong oxidizing agents, organic solvents, strong corrosive medium, such as reducing agent is now the world is one of the most corrosion resistant equipment.
