Idebenone is a kind of new drug for treating senile dementia and improving mental symptom. Also, it is a better antioxidant in cosmetics and health care than Coenzyme Q10 and Vitamin.
Idebenone is a modified version of coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), which is absolutely crucial for metabolic function. Without it, the electron respiratory chain breaks and cells cannot produce energy.
