. Application and Features
Type SP/SPR pumps are vertical, centrifugal slurry pumps that are submerged in sump to work. They are
designed for delivering abrasive, large particle and high density slurries. These pumps do not need any shaft seal and sealing water. They can also be operated normally for insufficient suction duties.
Wet parts of type SP pumps are made of abrasion-resistant metal.
All parts of type SPR pump immersed in liquid are lined with rubber. They are suited to transport the slurry which contains non-edge and abrasive particles.
The type with "L" is a series of sump pump with an extended shaft, which is suited for the working condition of the deeper lever. The guide bearing construction is added to the pump on the basis of the standard pump, so the pump is with both more steady operation and wider application range, but flushing water should be attached to the guide bearing.
What are the operations and maintenance of the centrifugal pump?
1 Regularly observe and record the pump's inlet and outlet pressure gauge motor voltmeter, ammeter and bearing thermometer indication values, find abnormal phenomena, should analyze the reasons and deal with them in time.
2 Always listen to the internal sound with the listening needle, pay attention to whether there is friction or collision sound, and if the sound is significantly changed or has abnormal sound, stop the pump immediately.
3 Always check the lubrication of the bearing to see if the rotation of the oil ring is flexible, and its position and oil supply are normal.
4 The temperature rise of the bearing should not exceed 30~40 degrees, and the maximum temperature of the bearing should not exceed 70 degrees.
5 Check if the dripping of the pump packing seal is normal.
6 If it is a large-scale water pump with circulating oil supply, it should also be checked frequently whether the working condition of the oil supply equipment is normal and whether the bearing oil return is smooth.
7 When the bearing is cooled with cooling water, it should also be noted that the cooling water flow is normal.
8 bearing vibration of the running pump also needs to be monitored
