Glass Lined Steel Anaerobic Digestion Tanks For Large Biogas Plant
Glass Lined Steelanaerobic digestion tanks are made of glass fused to steel which is superior in corrosion resistant as it is actually the combination of “ glass ” and “ steel “ . So it has the advantages of both: superior corrosion resistance of glass, and strength and flexibility of steel. This is the combination of both to achieve the best. Bolted Steel tank is the best tank to be used as an anaerobic reactor, especially when the media inside than tank could be highly corrosive.
Anaerobic Digestionis a process which decomposes and converts the organic waste into biogas gas, the biological process is called anaerobic digester. The digester reaction needs to do it in some conditions, the decomposition needs to accomplish in the absence of oxygen environment, airtightness environment will be selected as a reactor. In order to achieve full reaction agitator and heating system are required, there is also some temperature requirements during the reaction , mesophiles are most efficient at moderate temperature ranges between 25°C - 40°C while thermophiles run most efficiently at higher ranges between 45°C - 80° C.
