Center Enamel has been specialized in glass fused to steelwastewater storagetank for many years. We employed advanced technology to make durable glass fused to steel tanks, which are manufactured through a enamelling process of the steel. In the enameling furnace the powder coated steel sheets are heated up to approx. 860 degrees Celsius. At this temperature the enamel powder melts, thus forming a corrosion resistant fusion with the surface of the metal. The pH is with range of 1-14. With the corrosion resistance of the glass application the waste/gas is not in contact with the steel. The porcelain enamel coating added to the steel tank interior is the plumbing industry’s time-tested and trusted system for tank protection. So it has been recognized as an ideal solution for wastewater treatment plant .Our glass fused to steel tanks are ISO9001:2008 certified .We strive to make breakthrough in global tank market in the near future.
