Duct manufacture auto line can manufacture a material roller to a completed duct product independently and uninterrupted. No additional operators and operation are required. Based on different functions, we have line series 1~8 for duct production, such as auto duct line 5, auto duct line 3 and auto duct line 2. The main functions are: 1, decoiler-feeding; 2, pressing and straightening; 3, punching and notching; 4, shearing; 5, coil conveying; 6, lock forming; 7, flange forming; 8, folding.

Multi-function Duct Auto Line configured by motor decoilers, straightening, beading, notching mid-support holes (optional), punching square for flange forming, notching holes for folding, notching flange holes (optional), shearing, patent auto lock forming (cutting, male&female lock forming 3 in 1), duplex TDF flange forming, duplex right angle side for iron flange forming, duplex C cleat lock forming or duplex half C (C/S) cleat lock forming (optional), motor sheet conveyor (optional) and hydraulic folding. The auto duct manufacture line controlled by PLC, and adopted by touch screen operation.
The users can set different sizes data to manufacture different ducts to meet all manufacturing requirements. The capacity of the motor decoiler is 7 tons, and other 4 tons (for construction site use), 8 tons and 10 tons decoiler is optional.
This Multi-function duct production lineis one of the featured machines of Comifo which is the best-selling product. It’s a linear type manufacture line, with less space using and higher production rate. Only one operator is required. The line will auto run and complete the processing after the data is input into the computer.
