It mainly produces glued steel fiber, copper-coated micro steel fiber and loose steel fibers.
Why we use steel fiber for cracking control?
The steel fiber has a high tensile strength of 1000Mpa, which could ensure that the steel fiber will not be broken when working with concrete; The end hooks at both ends ensure the best anchor between steel fiber and concrete Solid so that steel fiber can effectively transmit and distribute stress, which can effectively control the development of cracks in Concrete fiber solutions.
The tensile strength of SDS Glued steel fiber reinforced is more than 1150MPa, and it will not be broken when concrete is subjected to heavy load; Hooks at both ends can ensure the best anchoring effect between steel fiber and concrete. Steel fiber can effectively transmit and distribute stress and control crack propagation in concrete. The cross-sectional area of reinforced adhesive steel fiber is very small, and the ratio of area to volume is large, so it is easy to form alkaline film around the steel fiber to protect the steel fiber from corrosion. At the same time, adding glued steel fibers can greatly reduce cracks in concrete, thus greatly reducing contact between corrosive substances and steel fibers, avoiding rusting of steel fibers, enhancing durability of concrete and prolonging service life of concrete.
Steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) is a kind of heart-shaped composite material with excellent performance and wide application. Steel fiber retards the crack development of matrix concrete, which makes it tensile and flexural. Compared with ordinary concrete, the shear strength is significantly improved, and its impact resistance, fatigue resistance, toughness, and durability after cracking are also greatly improved. In recent 20 years, a lot of research has been done on the mechanical and structural properties of steel fiber reinforced concrete at home and abroad, and it has been applied to variousteel_fiber_for_concrete_reinforcement.pngs projects such as roads, bridges, tunnels, water conservancy, oceans, buildings, and refractory structures.
Reinforcement effect of steel fiber in concrete, The main function of short fibers randomly distributed by steel fibers in concrete is to hinder the propagation of micro-cracks in the concrete and to retard the occurrence and development of macro-cracks. Therefore, it can obviously improve its tensile strength and shear, bending, and torsional strength mainly controlled by principal tensile stress. When the fiber content (volume ratio) is in the range of 1%-2%, the tensile strength increases by 25%-50%, the bending strength increases by 40%-80%, and the shear strength measured by direct double-sided shear test increases by 50%-100%. Compressive strength increases slightly, generally between 0-25%.
Fatigue resistance of steel fiber compared with ordinary concrete, the flexural and compressive fatigue properties of steel fiber reinforced concrete are greatly improved. For example, when the bending fatigue life is 106 times, the stress ratio of steel fiber reinforced concrete with 1.5% fiber content is 0.68, while that of ordinary concrete is only 0.51.
When the stress ratio is 0.7, the bending fatigue life of steel fiber reinforced concrete exceeds 105 times, while that of ordinary concrete is only 850 times. Another example is: when the compressive fatigue life of steel fiber reinforced concrete with 2% fiber reaches 2*106 times, the specific force can reach 0.92, while the stress ratio of ordinary concrete is only 0.56. It can be seen that the use of steel fiber reinforced concrete can significantly improve its fatigue life in projects bearing fatigue loads such as pavement and pier.
