Description of Cast Steel Gate Valve:

ZECO cast steel gate valve chinais in controlled under the quality assurance system of production and manufacturing, has met all the international industry standards and user requirements documented procedures. These procedures and control including raw materials purchasing and validation, process control, assembly, testing and shipment, and all the necessary documents. ZECO quality guarantee system has been formed in ISO and API approved manual file. ZECO is ISO 9001 certified and licensed to the API to monogram API 6D product. Each valve is designed to verify compliance by functional and pressure testing. This results in a material test report documenting the chemical and mechanical properties for the pressure additional non-destructive examinations are also recorded and referenced to the valve serial number.
