Luer Fittings
Lure fitting, also known as luer to tubing connectors, are series of plastic fittings designed with a male or female slip without any barbs or nuts to create the most convenient way to connect flexible tubes together, all the luer lock fittings are made of medical grade PP material suits for non-corrosive fluids and environment, they are machined with tight dimensional tolerance to ensure the best gas tightness and high reliability.
Male Luer Adapters
Male luer adapters provide a convenient way to connect soft tubing ID 1/16" to 1/4" with products that feature a female luer slip or luer lock end without the need for barbs or nuts, the material of medical grade PP ensure the high purity and suitable for non-corrosive liquid and environment. All parts meet tight dimensional tolerances for increased reliability and process purity.
Female Luer to Barbed Adapters
Female luer to barbed adapters provide a convenient way to connect flexible tubing ID 1/16" to 1/4" with products that feature a male luer slip or luer lock end without the need for barbs or nuts, the material of medical grade PP ensure the high purity without any contamination to sample fluids, suitable for non-corrosion fluids and environment. All fittings meet tight dimensional tolerances for increased tightness and reliability of connections.
Female Luer Bulkhead
Female Luer Bulkheads is composed of three parts, main body, fixing nut and mounting stator to ensure the stability of connection. It is suitable for connection from one side of the tube ID 1/16" to 1/4" to another side of female/male luer by going through the panel. The material of medical grade PP ensure the high purity, suitable for non- corrosive liquid and environment. All parts meet tight dimensional tolerances for increased reliability and process purity.
Luer-to-Luer Adapters
Luer-to-Luer adapters have the shape of straight male×male, female×female, L /Y /T/Cross female for options, all of them are made of high quality medical grade polypropylene. They are available to connect with products featured a male or female luer slip or luer lock end without the need for barbs or nuts, all these parts meet tight dimensional tolerances for increased reliability and process purity.
Luer-to-Thread Adapters
Luer-to-Thread adapters have the options of male Luer×female/male 1/4-28UNF, female Luer×female/male 1/4-28UNF, and the female Luer×male M10 for options, all are made of medical grade polypropylene with high quality. They are available to connect with products feature a male/female luer slip or systems with threaded ports without the need for barbs or nuts, and connect with 1/4-28 thread ports or fittings, all parts meet tight dimensional tolerances for increased reliability and process purity.
Advantages of Luer Fittings
High Quality Raw Materials
RUNZE luer fittings are made of medical grade polypropylene, not autoclavable due to low melt point of PP, PP can be sterilized via gamma ray. If you need other materials, we can also customize the luer fitting for you based on MOQs.
Standard Luer Design
We keep strict machining tolerance to keep the best accuracy of our luer fittings to make it be able to connect with any other standard male or female luer ports.
Accurate Molds and Machining
All the luer fittings come from advanced machining technology, accurate molds, high quality materials to ensure non-leakage connection and qualified products.
Applications of Luer Fittings
Luer fittings are the same designed with one side of Luer ends for connecting with its matching Luer and another side of tapered barbs for connecting flexible tubes which mostly used in peristaltic pumps in a fluidic system. This type of fluid control equipment is widely used in environmental analyzers, laboratory instruments, medical equipment, petrochemical systems, food and beverage vending machine, bio-pharmaceuticals analysis, and metering. Tightness of connection is the most important factor, high quality molding and machining make these realized.
