Atractylodes Rhizome
Atractylodes Rhizome, also known as Atractylodes lancea or Atractylodes chinensis, is the rhizome (underground stem) of the Atractylodes plant, a perennial herbaceous plant that belongs to the Asteraceae family. This plant is native to East Asia, particularly China, Japan, and Korea, and has a long history of use in traditional Chinese medicine. It is commonly referred to as "Cang Zhu" in traditional Chinese medicine.
