Oxidized polyethylene wax for masterbatch dispersion
Oxidized polyethylene wax primarily functions as a dispersant in masterbatch production. By enhancing the uniform distribution of pigment particles within the carrier resin, it improves the gloss, processability, and dispersion stability of the final product.
Enhancing Dispersion Uniformity：
Oxidized polyethylene wax reduces van der Waals forces and electrostatic attraction between pigment particles, disrupting agglomerate structures to facilitate dispersion in the molten state.
