Wood shavings pellet mill is used for pelletizing wood particle or grinded straw to pellets as fuel.Fote wood shavings pellet mill is specially designed for sawdust, particle and corn stalks based on their characteristic, strengthening the main shaft, improving the lubrication system, very strong structure and constant output.Pellet mill can adapt to kinds of materials. Materials can be pelletized with appropriate moisture.Produced pellets are bright and clean with less crack, higher density, even length. Pellets technical data reach international standards.
Pellet mill is equipped with stainless ring die, high wear resistant special teeth roller. Small power pellet mill is driven by two motors V-belt. Small pellet mill has advantages including less occupied land, force uniforms, simple structure, easy operation and maintenance;Large power pellet mill is driven by same speed belt. It can be installed two motors or one motor.The ring dies and rollers can be replaced when wearied. Pellets diameter can be 6mm、8mm、10mm,(Special size can be custom made).RDF diameter can reach 24mm if pelletizing garbage to RDF fuel.
