Suspension Type:
The vane of QY Series Suspension Type Exhaust Fan and Ventilation Fan for Cowshed is made of mirror stainless steel by punch forming. Has the features of large air volume, no deformation, no dust, attractive and durable.
The outline border of fan is made of galvanized sheet or stainless steel. The design of valgus and flow backwards is adopted to increase the ventilation volume, reduce the vibration and noise of the fan, and increase the stability of the fan.
The flabellum is adjusted by intelligent dynamic-balance tester, ensure the fan smooth running, lower vibration, less noise, increase stability and service life.
Motors with aluminum-magnesium alloy outer casing housing, good heat emission, high effciency, reasonable dimension, light weight, low current, big torque.
Butterfly Type:
1) Using advanced front double doors opening device, have the features of small wind resistance, good sealing, high efficiency, lengthened cone design to improve the power of exhaust fan.
2) Galvanized steel frame is made of 180g/m2 galvanized layer to avoid rust.
3) There will have a rubber sealing when double doors closed which effectively avoid air backflow. Greatly improve the operation efficency by 15-20% compared with other exhaust fans in same power.
Drop Hammer Type:
Frame, made from highly galvanized steel sheets in order to assure they have highest strength and strong resistance of corrosion.
Vane, 6pieces stainless steel vanes all have passed the experiment of homeostasis with big air volume, without deformation, no breaking and durable.
Belt Pulley, The V-shaped belt pulley is made by aluminium magnesium alloy injection moulded, light weight but high strength.
Bearing, France imported bearing, have the features of high intensity, low noise, long service life.
