Function & uses:
It is multi-functional synthetic polymer, and can offer good affinity and waterproof capacity to fiber. It can be used in the sizing & coating of white cardboard paper, carton paper & art paper. It can work with starch to improve the surface performance and replace the sizing agent in the pulp. Moreover, it can clean the papermaking environment and lower the cost.
Characteristics:
It can offer excellent water resistance. It can be used in the coating of white cardboard paper, carton paper & art paper. The surface water adsorption is not more than 50%, thus it can be the substitute of sizing agent in rosin and AKD paste.It is non-toxic matter; it can be used in the food packing paper.This surface sizing agent can work with anion and non-ion auxiliaries, direct dyes and optical brightener.It the normal dose, this product doesn't low the surface tension of liquid and produce foams.The paper has been sized after it is processed in the sizing machine; the baking temperature is 80°C, which is good for sizing.
