High Speed HLP2 Cigarette Packing Line
HLP2 Cardboard Packet and Carton Packing Line is used to pack the cigarettes in length of 84-100mm with different diameter, in different arrangement. It can automatically complete the operations of hinge-lid cardboard packet packing updated HLP2, label tax YTB, wrapping CP1,Carton YB65 and Carton over wrapping YB95.
HLP2 Cigarette Packing Line is widely applied to packed cigarettes of different length and diameter into hard packet hard carton. The speed of 180 packets per minute equal to 3,600 cigarettes per minute makes it a good alternative for both state-owned factories, big enterprise as well as starters. It's competive both in price and quality comparing with European Machinery. In terms of function: Can automatically complete the operations of hinge-lid cardboard packet packing. Packet packing, Tax stampping, Cellophane Film Wrapping, Carton packing, Cellophane over-wrapping are the five main processes it proceeds.
Exquisite 20 pieces of cigarette packing in packet in collation of 7*6*7 or 10*10, then 10 packets into a long carton is like above picture sample presentation.
