Gravity Paddy Separator
Paddy separating process is to separate paddy and mixture of paddy and brown rice into three types: paddy, mixture of paddy and brown rice, and brown rice, correspondingly there are three outlets for three types to discharge out from the machine: paddy is back to hulling machine; mixture of paddy and brown rice is moved to the feeding opening of paddy separator; brown rice is delivered to rice milling machine in the next process.
Gravity Paddy Separator uses the gravity difference, granularity difference, surface friction coefficient difference of paddy and brown rice, recurs to two-way declining and pulsating working plates, and adds automatic grading to separate the paddy and brown rice. This machine can dramatically improve the head rice rate.

Once the silo is empty, the machine stops working automatically. It can keep the grain status on the sieve, and once the grain is feeding, it can start working automatically.

Brown rice sample can be taken out from the special outlet by the reversing valve in the machine, so it is easy to check the sample quality and flow rate.
Easy to check the Separating status
There is transparent lid for the discharge opening so as to easily check the separating status.
Outstanding separating function
Special design makes this machine suitable for long paddy and short paddy.
