PAVERS SHOT BLASTING MACHINE

Paver shot blasting machine is mainly used for surface roughening treatment of marbles, granites, concrete products, and natural stone. It includes stone shot blasting machineand marble shot blasting machine. It provides twin advantage foremost subject field end provides outstanding appearance as a result of the rough surface and therefore the exposed aggregates. Second "roughened" surface has excellent non-slip properties.

The working principle of the paver shot blasting machine:

Paver stone blasting machineis predominantly used to blast marbles, granites, concrete blocks to create an improved aesthetic appearance, taking out cement and making styling attributes such as granite chips visible. The working principle: different sized abrasive, thrown by the rapidly rotating blast wheel, is accelerated towards the surface being prepared. The huge impact force of the abrasive quickly etches a unique three-dimensional character of the surface. The products processed in this way have a high-quality surface appearance without overlapped and dead zone, it also has high production efficiency and low cost. Comparison with the old power blader and singeing process method, it has higher efficiency and lower cost, and if connected to our dust collector, the dust and contaminants will be recycled automatically at a very low dust emission level, which complies with EU environmental standards.

The concrete block/stone blast machine can be integrated into a production line due to its modern control system with the relevant interfaces, different belt lengths and well-coordinated transfer stations (e.g. sheets or rollers)

Advantage of paver shot blasting machine:

Speed adjustment of conveyor and blast wheels is controlled through an Inverter.

The number and the position of the blast wheels can change depending on the geometry, customer requirement and on the workpieces, such as only the blasting of the upper side, or need to blast lateral side.

With proper regulated control and type of shot used in the shot blast machine, it is possible to produce different surface finishes to produce an "antique" effect on marble stones and ‘bush-hammering's effect on cement products.

All paver shot blasting machine with Blow-off station. After blasting, a blow-off station with a high-pressure blower removes the shot from the surface of the concrete blocks/stone. The nozzles are adjustable in height and therefore adaptable for the treatment of different concrete block/stone sizes.

Sandblasting Room

The wall of the sandblasting equipment body uses a noise attenuation sandwich panel with glass wool interlayer and abrasion-resistant rubber liner. The rubber liner also has the noise attenuation function.

The sandblast room wall is strengthened by welded strong square tubes which ensure they will not deformation during transportation and installation. The grinding and the painted square tube will be far enough to resistant the corrosion by the natural environment
