Importance of Wood Pellet Mill for Energy Structure

Featured in the high thermal efficiency, wide application ranges and easy storage, biomass particles can be used as the ideal substitutes of natural resources like coal, oil and natural gas. As the production plant of biomass particles, wood pellet making machine is conducive to the increasing supply of resources and able to get rid of the embarrassing situation of excessive dependence on energy import. Take China as an example. According to the data released from the General Customs Administration in January 2105, import of crude oil is about 310 million tons.

With regard to the import of coal, it is about 290 million tons. If most resources are dependent on the import, economic development will not be conducive. For the logistics industry, the major cost of it is stemmed from the expenditure on the oil. Excessive dependence of energy resources on import not only makes the manufacturing cost and logistics cost be easily controlled by the international energy prices, but also restricts the domestic economy.

This is not an alarmist talk. How to deal with this dilemma? Wood pellet mill, also named aswood pellet machine, is mainly used to produce the renewable energy of biomass particles. The biomass particles, as the substitutes of coal, have taken an importance place in the energy structure.
