With arising of ecological travel, unique and glamorous vegetables with distinct colors, bizarre shape and fragrant smell show up in rural areas to beautiful environment that carry ecological, economic and social effects. Examples include red flower kidney bean, miraculous ornamental pumpkin, red vine spinach with thick leaves, miraculous hibiscus coccineas, miraculous and tender slender-waisted cucurbit, towel gourd and bitter gourd with green leaves and unique fruits.
