HANGER TYPE SHOT BLASTING MACHINE

Hanger type shot blasting machine is the most flexible and versatile shot blasting machine. It comes in two options the single hook I type shot blasting machine and two hooks Y type shot blasting machine. So it can be also called hook shot blasting machineor hook type shot blasting machine.

Hanger shot blasting machineis specifically suitable for descaling of forgings, and desanding of castings, removal of burrs and scales, surface treatment and deburring of welded constructions, etc.

anger type shot blasting machine working principle:

One batch of parts hang on the hook, then enter into the blasting chamber, blast wheels give an angular hit of shots to unevenly shaped components resulting in the best finish on the components. Moves off the parts after blasting, then another hook enters into the chamber.
