Crush the raw materials that are larger than 3-5mm in diameter; dry them to the moisture content of 8-12%; then convey the sawdust to the feeder of sawdust briquette machine for briquette pressing. When the sawdust briquette machine works, its eccentric gear drives the pulley to move advance and return every 280 times per minute. The auger feeder feed the sawdust into the briquette machine. The sawdust is extruded and compressed by the punch and forming die to warm up, soften and the volume decreases. Since the forming die has certain compression ratio, the sawdust that has been stroke and compressed for several times becomes tight, hard and extruded by the forming die. The sawdust briquette forming is influenced by pressure temperature. When working, the pressure of sawdust briquette machine can reach 300ton, and the temperature can be 150-200℃. So it can suit the raw material well.
