5XFC Air Screen Cleaning and Grading machine
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
5XFC series is imporved machine from 5XC series.This can clean out the light impurities, small and big size impurities according to the geometry size, in the same time, grad good seeds into 2-4 levels by size.
have three main parts: elevator transport system, air dust cleaning system and screen siftingand gradingsystem.
The elevator transport system,we adopt Adopt double cylinder ultra-low speed elevator, makes the crushing rate is less than 0.1%.
in the air dust cleaning system,it makes full use of the principle of wind sorting , can effectively separate straws awns, dust and other kinds of light impurities
In the ,it will sift our the big size and small size impurities according to the seed geometry size (length, width, thickness).and in same time, can grading the qualified seeds in to 2 to 4 layers depend on needing.
The vibration motornot only makes the machine compact structure, reduces the failure rate no special requirements for the use of the place, can mobile operation.
