Apple Tray Production Line
In order to protect the fruit like apple, pear etc. during transportation, there designs the apple tray, which is also made by waste paper. This kind of molded pulp products is always used in fruit transportation and storage.
Usually, for apple tray production, customers like to add some color agents to the pulp, to get beautiful color trays, in order to distinguish from the color of the fruit.
Hongrun Machinery has the special design in forming apple tray machine, which can make the back of the apple trays more smooth, which can avoid the fruit between the layers from being worn. This is the most important point of apple tray production, and it's our patent. We called this design cold-press system.
The pulp making system of the apple tray production line is equipped with high-concentration hydrapulper, high-frequency vibrating screen, adjustable refiner and other professional pulp manufacturing equipment to ensure the quality of pulp is good enough to produce high-quality apple trays.
The dryer designed by our company is one kind of automatic drying line which is specially matched with large and medium-sized apple tray making machine. It can quickly dry the formed wet apple tray, and the multi-layer drying design can effectively improve the drying effect and save. Energy and space occupation.
There are two kinds of apple tray molds: cold-press copper molds, CNC aluminum molds. Customers can choose the molds according to their investment because CNC processing molds are more expensive but long-lasting.
