Zhongbang Gasifier variety of models
Zhongbang gasifiersare composed of a water tank, coils, and heaters. Liquefied gas flows through the coils in warm water, absorbing heat to vaporize and superheat before entering the pipeline. An electric heater warms the water, which is maintained at 55 - 70°C by a thermostat. A float switch guards against low water levels, cutting power to prevent heater dry - burning. An anti - overheating device stops the current if the water temperature exceeds 75°C.
In the LPG pipeline, liquefied gas reaches the gasifier's heat - exchange coils via high - pressure hoses and a manifold. Vaporization starts at 50 - 70°C. The gas then passes through a pipeline filter and gas - liquid separator to remove impurities. After two - stage pressure reduction (from 0.3 - 0.10 mpa to 0.1 - 0.2mpa with a primary regulator, then to 3 - 20kpa with a secondary regulator), it is supplied to end - use combustion equipment. This process ensures the gas is fully vaporized, filtered, and has stable pressure for consistent, high - calorific - value combustion.
