Chinese AD/dehydrated/dried carrot cube/strips/flake/powder
1.We choose Fresh sound clean carrot which has been peeled, Cut to desired shape, Blanched and process by hot air dehydration. The glucose could be added as requests. Dehydrated carrot without sugar could be supplied too.
2.Different shapes and sizes could be supplied: dehydrated carrot slices, carrot flakes, carrot cubes, carrot strips, carrot granules. The common size: 3mm ring cut; 3*3*20mm, 10*10*3mm, 5*5mm, 3*3mm;
3.It has typical carrot flavor. The color is natural red. The moisture is less than 8%.
4.Packing : 15KG/CTN ; 20KG/CTN Or as requests
5.The carrot products should be protected from sunlight. Then stored in cool and dry area. The shelf life is about 18 months
